29. Hotels in Makkah and Madina do not provide towels, buckets, or tumblers.
30. We are not liable for passport or luggage loss or theft at airports.
31. Pilgrims requiring wheelchairs must bring their own.
32. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or errors in Umrah visa issuance by the Saudi Embassy. -Umrah visa MOFA fees are non-refundable.
